4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or a violation of these Terms. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Please read this section carefully:

• Once a package leaves our warehouse, PeptidXs is not responsible if the package is lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered by the carrier.
• If you are shipping with a courier to another country, PeptidXs is not responsible for any customs hold, seizure, delay, or return of the package.
• International shipments are sent at your own risk. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
• Tracking numbers are provided where available; it is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and arrange for receipt.
• PeptidXs will not reship or refund orders that are lost, damaged, or held after they have left our warehouse.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are issued only at PeptidXs’s sole discretion, typically for products that arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error and are reported within 48 hours of delivery. 7. Product Quality & Specifications

We strive to provide research-grade peptides with 99%+ purity as verified by third-party testing. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) documents reflect quality at the time of testing and do not guarantee outcomes in specific research applications. Product specifications, including purity and quantity, are subject to change without notice.
